Aurora Waldorf School’s tuition rates are less than halfway between those of local parochial (average tuition $5,700) and independent (average tuition $18,000) schools offering the same grades.
We provide significant tuition assistance based on financial need, and work closely with qualifying families to support their choice of a Waldorf education. Our Tuition Adjustment Committee evaluates each application individually. Assistance awards are determined in part on recommendations by FACTS, an independent and confidential online tuition aid organization.
Tuition Adjustment Process
After a child is accepted into the school, families may apply online at www.factstuitionaid.com. Once you submit the online FACTS application, you will need to mail or fax all the supporting documentation. The tax documents needed to verify your application are listed on the FGAA Checklist that is found online.
We also participate in the BISON Fund Scholarship Program, which serves families all over Western New York. Eligibility guidelines and application forms can be downloaded from the
BISON Fund website at www.bisonfund.com.
Paying Your Tuition
Aurora Waldorf School offers convenient monthly payment options, as well as a 2% discount for early payment in full. The first monthly payment is due in July. AWS works with FACTS Management Company to process monthly payments in a convenient online enrollment process for each family not paying in full. To register, simply go to https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3C8X3. Payments can be automatically deducted from a designated checking or savings account, or automatically charged to a credit card (with 2.5% convenience fee added for credit card payments only) on your choice of the 5th or 20th of the month.
